The election is two weeks away, but the campaign trail reviews of Sarah Palin already are in, and they aren’t pretty.
According to multiple Republican campaign sources, the former Alaska governor wreaks havoc on campaign logistics and planning. She offers little notice about her availability, refuses to do certain events, is obsessive about press coverage and sometimes backs out with as little lead time as she gave in the first place.
In short, her seat-of-the-pants operation can be a nightmare to deal with, which, in part, explains why Palin doesn’t often do individual events for GOP hopefuls.

Who says that Sarah isn’t playing nice with People? This crap is coming from Republican sources! No matter how much she helps the party and do good everywhere, she is not of their kind and they feel afraid of the power that she wields; She just said that if the GOP don’t follow the message of the Tea party, then GOP is through.......a lot of the GOP don’t want to change or follow the Tea Party message.....for all we know these sources could be supporters of Mitt and want to tear Sarah down.

You pick up on this too. Let not for get Grassely was the one who took credit for getting the “end of life” stuff out of the Senate bill last year. Even he mis-interpreted what Sarah said about “Death Panels”.
Well, that's the great thing about elections - they help us to know where we're at.
I'm a big Palin fan. But I recognize that she's the subject of an unprecedented media campaign to make her a liability - and I recognize that it might be working.
We only have 12 days to find out.
On November 3, if most of her candiadtes are winners, we'll say, "Please, can I have some more havoc?"
And, lakeshark - surely you know she has as many GOP enemies as democrats - if not more.

Surprisingly, you can even see that here on FR. I personally know quite a few people who have fallen for the media campaign, so in that sense it's working.
What I do see is that she's not been "Quayled", meaning she is standing up and fighting the MSM machine somewhat successfully rather than becoming political roadkill.
We'll see what she does, I'm inclined to believe (at least hope) she'll beat the campaign against her. Besides her GOP detractors, there are a lot of powerful people in her camp.

Remember take the day off and drive as many conservatives to the polls as possible. Be a pollwatcher for early voting. Drive people to early voting.
I wonder if these are the same “alternative lifestyle” handlers that palin was foisted with during the 2008 election.

All I’m saying is that it’s always a good policy for staff and handlers, as well as the principal, to evaluate complaints such as these and determine if, in fact, they’ve left anyone in the lurch, etc.
Sometimes people who are outsiders, as Palin obviously (and gloriously) is, don’t realize some of the ways in which their operations are needlessly ticking people off.
Key word = needlessly.
If they evaluate this critique and determine it’s unfounded, then there’s nothing to see here; move along.
I do know, however, that one thing people in campaigns really hate is people who, whether wittingly or not, create logistical and scheduling nightmares.

I think Mark Levin said it best right now on his radio show..there are members of the GOP, the establishment GOP, who love Obama as much as the Dems do..yeah they go on TV and pretend to not favor his policies but they do, and they don’t want ANY true Conservative such as Sarah Palin, Sharron Angle, or Christine O’Donnell to win because if they do, there goes the whole GOP establishment and they don’t want that. Perhaps Sean Hannity needs to knock off having Nicolle Wallace on his show, she is the enemy, I wouldn’t be shocked if she was the one that started this BS story to begin with
The left is acting like the election has already happened. Their revenge will be taken out on FoxNews, Rush, Levin, Palin, and DeMint who they blame for their loss. Firing Juan Williams is just the beginning. Be prepared.
