Well, that's the great thing about elections - they help us to know where we're at.
I'm a big Palin fan. But I recognize that she's the subject of an unprecedented media campaign to make her a liability - and I recognize that it might be working.
We only have 12 days to find out.
On November 3, if most of her candiadtes are winners, we'll say, "Please, can I have some more havoc?"
And, lakeshark - surely you know she has as many GOP enemies as democrats - if not more.
Surprisingly, you can even see that here on FR. I personally know quite a few people who have fallen for the media campaign, so in that sense it's working.
What I do see is that she's not been "Quayled", meaning she is standing up and fighting the MSM machine somewhat successfully rather than becoming political roadkill.
We'll see what she does, I'm inclined to believe (at least hope) she'll beat the campaign against her. Besides her GOP detractors, there are a lot of powerful people in her camp.
