The half-man/half-Pillsbury-Doughboy has a show every weekday at 5 on Fox.
In the User’s Manual God says he made man from slime.
Am I missing something?
Maybe “slime of the earth” was the gang call sign of a East Eden chimp?
I am a huge Beck fan, but I sincerely doubt that he understands what the term evolution means.
If the truth is that we evolved, the Scripture is false — no Adam, no original sin, no need for a Savior, and so on. Do you believe that God created “all this” as Scripture describes it, or do you believe the atheists’ explanation?
>>> My wife knew a song once that she use to sing in camp meeting about I didnt come from a monkey
Camp songs aren’t science.
>>> Creationism is one of the primary ways Conservatism discredits itself to the world.
Yep.
Camp songs aren’t science.
You mean Little Bunny Rabbit Foo Foo isn’t real ?!? Sayit isn’t so!!
>> Evolutionism is a religion.
It’s an unproven theory portrayed as fact.
Could explain why we have liberals!!
It reinforces the discrediting.
:-(
I doubt God made us FROM monkeys, but I wold say there is pretty good evidence he is making many of us INTO monkeys. LOL
Then you haven't been to a democrat convention or SEIU rally.
Those who believe in the Big Bang theory do so on pure faith because there are no witnesses.
Those who beieve that the wonder of life and the millions of living physical living forms we see are the result of pure chemical accident take this belief on pure faith because they cannot duplicate the process in a laboratory.
Yet they belittle the faith of those who believe in God.
If there really was a Big Bang, if life really was created from dust and chemicals, how does anyone know these aren’t God’s creations or the tools God uses to create?
Either way, the believer has to have faith because there are no witnesses and no laboratory proofs.
I’m not sure we stopped evolving. We are 4-6 inches taller than our counterparts from the early 1900’s.
Creation on the other hand means that certain things have always been true, are true, and will forever be true. That is unacceptable to "progressivism" which seeks to radically change man and society.
I think Beck could've said it better.
Now is know where Obama got those ears.
>Creationism is one of the primary ways Conservatism discredits itself to the world.
What? Oh come on, there are a LOT of deficiencies in the evolutionary theory. Here’s the two big ones for me:
1) The transition from nonlife to life; the complexities of even the “simple” forms of life [such as viruses] is staggering. Scientists have been unable to even *engineer* new fully-functional life.
2) The development of sexual reproduction; this doubles the minimum number of entities which are needed to produce another generation compared to asexual reproduction, AND the possession of a “half developed” sex-organs is *exactly* the thing that evolution says should be dropped.
