Sever-ability. Without it, if one part is ruled unconstitutional it can make the whole thing go up in smoke.

"Sever-ability", that's the word I was looking for, TANKS Enterprise! I forget where I heard talked about, maybe The Toe Sucker on Hannity last week, but it does give me hope if the Supremes do their job.

Her there or not it depends on Kennedy now that I think about it. No Kennedy vote it’s a hung “jury”, if that’s what they call it, which would be the same as a loss right? Or would it just uphold the lower court’s ruling?

Did you see the episode where they took an Italian fashion designer on one of the hunts? He told them that an alligator wallet could run 400 to 500 dollars, and an alligator jacket could be 40 to 50 thousand dollars. There was a short but stunned silence.

Kennedy responds to the “argument”. One of the things that I think has pi$$3d Libs off about Roberts and Alito is their ability to frame a reasonable argument that Kennedy can understand. He has been a little more consistently to the right since they arrived. I think he goes right on this one as well.

Outstanding show today! I particularly liked the ring of optimism if the Voter feels empowered.

On days like this, I have trouble thinking of Rush as being a right handed conformist. He’s simply too creative.

I have an Alligator wallet I bought in 1987, it was $120 with my employee 40% discount. It is still in perfect shape and I wear it every day.

My goal is to buy a purse for Mrs S someday, I splurge on her purses but $12,000 is a bit too sporty for me.

I think so too, "knocks on wood", but he's disappointed me many times so I'm not holding my breath. But logically you'd think he rule it's unconstitutional. I guess we'll have an indication from the lower court rulings.
