Kennedy responds to the “argument”. One of the things that I think has pi$$3d Libs off about Roberts and Alito is their ability to frame a reasonable argument that Kennedy can understand. He has been a little more consistently to the right since they arrived. I think he goes right on this one as well.

I think so too, "knocks on wood", but he's disappointed me many times so I'm not holding my breath. But logically you'd think he rule it's unconstitutional. I guess we'll have an indication from the lower court rulings.
