President Barack Obama's polygamist half brother in Kenya has married a woman who is more than 30 years younger than him
The 19-year-old's mother told The Associated Press on Friday she is furious that her daughter quit high school and married the 52-year-old.
Mary Aoko Ouma says her daughter tried to marry Malik Obama two years ago, but the mother says she would not give permission.
Malik Obama, who is Muslim, has two other wives. Polygamy is legal in Kenya if it falls under religious or cultural traditions.
In an interview broadcast by Kenya's NTV that was filmed without his knowledge, Malik Obama says he married the 19-year-old but didn't say when.

Gee, Malik is Muslim. Could Obama be....oh, no, that’s ridiculous. The great one is in Boston today to boost Deval Patrick’s chances for reelection. No one but Howie Carr is mentioning the latest Boston Globe poll which shows Republican Charlie Baker ahead. (The Globe buried the poll, standard operating procedure at the Globe when they don’t like the results.) So the local news is still promoting the lie that Deval is ahead. However, it seems that the young college voter, who went for Obama two years ago, is suddenly aware that there are no jobs and they’re being saddled with huge college loan debt and no way to pay it off. They’re leaving Obama in droves...except for the few idiots who still think Obama is the Second Coming, and they don’t care if he’s Muslim or a Hottentot.
Nah, three wives, and a corrugated steel shanty, what else could any Kenyan want? (Maybe the president of the U.S.)
Have any of you ever wondered why we have regressed to the point that we now concern ourselves with the primitive tribal behavior of Kenyans? Could it be that we have, by design or accident, allowed this nation to slide backwards in history to an era previously unknown on this continent. I believe that, in fact, we are allowing ourselves to be dragged backwards to the point of tribalism. I suppose that some of us will survive this onslaught on civilization but I fear for the nation as a whole.
