It would be better to have her removed from the voting register along with my deceased father who always voted republican. I would be willing to bet that he is still voting almost 10 years after he passed on. I would like to find a way to check his registration.

I am willing to bet that you can go to the Board of Elections website and look for his registration.

Several years ago, I was trying to decide between 2 judges for a local election here in Maryland. There really was not a whole lot to go on, and their political affiliations did not appear on the ballot. So I called the board of elections and asked for their party registrations, and the woman told me over the phone. I was surprised that it was that easy.

BTW, one was a D and one was a R, so I went with the R, who did not win. A year or so later, some decisions made by the D were horrible, as I had feared they would be.
