I am willing to bet that you can go to the Board of Elections website and look for his registration.
Several years ago, I was trying to decide between 2 judges for a local election here in Maryland. There really was not a whole lot to go on, and their political affiliations did not appear on the ballot. So I called the board of elections and asked for their party registrations, and the woman told me over the phone. I was surprised that it was that easy.
BTW, one was a D and one was a R, so I went with the R, who did not win. A year or so later, some decisions made by the D were horrible, as I had feared they would be.
Just checked both parents and it seems that they have been removed. Still it makes me wonder if someone else is running around with their social security numbers.
