From SunkenCiv:
It's in Illinois, so I'm sure it was an honest mistake. But it happened to the Green Party candidate, so it is probably precisely descriptive. Thanks speciallybland. Well, with Whitney only drawing 2 percent of the vote, I guess it cannot be said that he will whitewash the election.
Thanks, rabs and speciallybland! It's always a such a treat to see libs beating each other up.

“Funny, you don’t look rich.”

I’m sure it was just an innocent oversight.

Nice. Daley Sr. would be proud that the our rich tradition of shenanigans is continuing in such brilliant fashion.

I'm glad I live in Orland and not Chicago. Even though our mayor is a democrat he came to my mom's wake because my Grandfather was mayor of orland for 35 years and the mayor was very nice and I respect him.
I think Mayor McLaughlin is the only democrat I respect. Oh and I'm not voting Claypool I'm voting for the GOP. And in the Judy Baar race I'm writing in my 5 pound yorkie as a write in.

That group is the infamous Velvet Revolution headed by convicted violent criminal and bomber, Brett Kimberlin.”

I would never ever vote on an electronic voting machine I am sure they could be manipulated.
I'm always reminded of the Heroes episode where the kid changes the election for Nathan Petrelli by manipulating the electronic voting machines.
I'm not advocating that there are children with super powers who can hack voting machines, but I guarantee some democrat knows how to manipulate machines.

Fraud is possible and real on virtually all types of election methods.
Pape and mechanical arms and silicon chips don’t commmite vote fraud.
People commit vote fraud.

I wrote in “Dick Nixon” for some city office once where the incumbent was unopposed. Caused the vote counters problems because Dick wasn’t a registered write in candidate. ;D

I just saw this story on CNN (at the airport — mt TV NEVER is tuned to CNN). After I was done LOL (along with many others), I suggested he have his ballot name “fixed” to “Poe Darkie.”
