Heres an idea for the White House spin squad: the wipeout of 2010 is a rejection of Nancy Pelosi, not Obama. Politico tries it out:
"In the home stretch of the 2010 campaign, Speaker Nancy Pelosi, more than even President Barack Obama, is emerging as the heaviest drag on Democratic hopes of holding on to the House."
"In district after district, from Floridas Gold Coast to central Ohio, in the Ozark Mountains, on the Minnesota prairie and in retiree-laden Arizona, Pelosis face, plastered on billboards, recorded in video clips and emblazoned on mailers, is casting a pall over her colleagues chances of winning reelection."
"Conventional wisdom holds that midterm elections are referendums on the president and Obama is certainly the central figure in the unfolding drama of the 2010 election. But if Democrats lose the House, its likely to be as much a rejection of the policies and politics of a woman who has managed to simultaneously become one of the most powerful speakers in congressional history and one of the most unpopular figures in American politics today."
Now wait a sec. Arent those policies and politics Obamas as well? In what regard did Pelosi and Obama ever disagree? True, Pelosis demeanor is even more grating than the presidents, but the agenda she jammed through was Obamas and his villains are hers

There is no honor among thieves.
She’ll be next to go under the bus? I don’t think she will go quietly.
On a side note, the Mr and I were talking about what kind of little home party we should have on election night? Food suggestions? Take the next day off work, in case the news gets better and better as the polls close across the country (we are in the Midwest)? Anyone planning anything “big” with friends over, etc. ?
Obama won’t have to throw her under the bus, she’s doing it herself. It will be close,if she stays in office.
Aside from the things I want to see out of this 2 year experiment in diversity, post-racial despotism, my other major dream is to be there when Nancy is shown her new chambers. Third stall on the left of the House Ladies Room.
More from the teenage branch of the DNC. Cool!
Donk’ibals? ;-P
When all else falls, blame the dumb girl.
Voter fraud is a concern but they shouldn’t be able to steel enough votes to win too many seats.
Nov. 2 is going to be a late, fun night. It won’t be a typical election night.
She is the one that I am frothing at the mouth mad at.
My feelings about Obama are more akin to frustration that nearly half the country can't see him for the affirmative action poster child, half wit, 2nd rate con man that he is.
But Nancy... there should be a special place in hell for %itches like her.
Arugula
Cake showing the 57 states.
Crow.
Invite everyone you know who voted for Obama.
Throwing Nancy Pelosi under the bus is courting danger.
Actually Pelosi Galore, Reid, Barney the Gay, Dodd the crook, and other left wing rats in the house and $inate started our deep recession by keeping the frauds in charge of Freddie and Fannie in charge and letting anyone who couldn’t afford to pay rent, buy a home.
Then, when Pelosi/Reid took over the house and $inate in 2007, they jump started the recession across the board with their tax and spend treason.
Pelosi is a danger to this country, and I could care less if the rats take her out of the picture. Rip her pieces, you liberal 0b0z0 rats/
Obama is the most disloyal D-bag in American Political History.
He will be universally hated on both sides of the aisle by 2012.
