I predict the only effect this stunt will have will be on MTV's viewership numbers.
I doubt kids are much interested in listening to this blowhard anymore.

I stopped watching MTV when the stopped playing Music Videos. What is their function these days?

Were not giving an hour of free time to the president to freely express his views. Were hosting a town hall with 250 young people to ask questions of the president... And of course 0bummer will not blast Republicans during his typical 15-minute non-answers to direct questions./sarc

Too bad we are forced by Dish Network to pay for this lousy channel, as well as BET and MSNBC etc. I will dump our satellite contract and pay the penalty to subscribe to any system that will allow me to choose the channels I pay for.

Just let Fox News try something like this with a conservative candidate three weeks before the election and see how fast the FCC destroys them.

It's fair when they say it's fair.
It's settled law when they say it's settled law.
It's time to reach across the aisle when they say it is time to reach across, and-
It's time to ram through the Marxist agenda when they say “We won.”
November cannot get here quick enough. It's a race to see if they country can be saved.

"Sumner" Murray Rothstein once again uses the tentacles of his sprawling media empire to attempt to affect U.S. elections in a leftward direction.
But of course it's "non-political".

The most damning sentence in the whole article:
"The White House conceived of the concept and asked for the commercial-free TV time, according to Viacom."

I remember when MTV gave an hour of airtime to President Bush...no, wait...
Frowning takes 68 muscles.
Smiling takes 6.
Pulling this trigger takes 2.
I'm lazy.

The dems always lock up the MTV vote anyway, so O will just be “preachin’ to the choir”.

Is MTV trying to “Rock The vote” again?
This time around it has to be “Rap The Vote.”
Please stop it Mike Nesmith.
