How liberals handle this type of thing makes the Bush Administration analysis, preparation and execution of terrorism look like the work of genius, which in comparison, it is.
I give them credit-they at least did a thorough and sober analysis of law (international and domestic) and precedent. If it hadn’t been for damned liberals, these cases would have all been tried in military courts and dispensed of years ago.

Obama along with most of the left, silently believe the USS Cole was DESERVING of a terrorist attack because of the left’s insane worldwide view of US Imperialism.
The folks running the White House sympathies lie with third world BARBARIANS rather the the good US Military who protect shipping, aid in natural disasters or provide security for overseas allies.
Obama seemingly only goes to bat for terrorists.
He is anti-military, anti-everything but his bizarre unamerican agenda.

To be fair, it was the courts who intruded on the Bush Administration’s dealing with many cases. The USS Cole case may be different though, if it was begun before 9/11, when Bush realized everything had changed.
