Women in Zimbabwe are said to be abducting and raping men for ritual purposes.
In the past 11 months six men have been gang-raped by women, and as per the police the figure could be much higher, as victims are often too embarrassed to report the crime.

If that is the case then getting a woman or girl drunk/drugged to the point of incapacity isn’t rape because she can’t “say no.” You do not want to make the legal definition of rape dependent on [physical] arousal, trust me there.

It is entirely possible to rape a man, even if he isn’t aroused. You see the penis becomes erect when these muscles in the crotch restrict the flow of blood; it is possible to restrict that blood flow artificially. {Also, despite ‘common wisdom,’ erections may be triggered non-sexually; interestingly an erection is a [not uncommon] possible symptom of severe spinal injury.}

You know it’s just a restriction of blood-flow that [physically] causes an erection.... I’m fairly sure that stimulating the proper muscles is possible (consider the “exercise while you watch TV!” machines).
And it may not even need to be that technical: a rubber band might work. {I don’t know, as I haven’t put a rubber band around mine; and I don’t plan to.}
Well, now, you make a good point. But, I’m not even sure they have rubber bands in Zimbabwe. And if they do, they’re probably prohibitively expensive.
Care to elaborate? Was it a gang of women? An angry girlfriend? Was he sporting a woody at the time?
