We may not have to speculate, I recall an earlier FR thread wherein it was asserted HI refused to execute the proper/traditionally worded certification, and that this language was used only in the HI certification. If clear evidence of such can be established, it should provide momentum.
Regardless, whatever may have been the rationale for Republican inaction before the election and during the 2009 Joint Session of Congress, there can be no reason not to address this issue once they gain control of the House.

I see upon finally reading the article, and the comments at FOX by the way that I was barking up the wrong tree thinking there were any answers to my immediate questions there. I guess those points brought up were by the poster, and I’d need a link to see what all the context was he/she was posting about.

Honestly, with fraud at this level, I would think hanging for treason is in line with the law.
We should see a big right shift in the state houses and senates where they will pass laws for Obama and others to prove their eligibility in 2012 before they are placed on the ballot, which doesn't get discussed often. I bet a dozen states or more will have them on the books ready for 2012. That's dozens or more ways to scrutinize Obama's documentation, although I doubt he will be running in 2012.

This edit could have been achieved electronically, by deleting a line in the document in its electronic (e.g. MS Word) form.
It could also have been edited physically, by cutting or folding the line out of view in the original printed document.

Yes, the delete was very easy to do. Here it is again that was struck from Barack Obama's Hawaiian presidential certification in comparison with the others:

Nancy Certified Obama for the State of Hawaii. Nancy got him the Presidency. Then she gave him Health Care spending all her own political capital in the process. The Obama Betray’s her.
Now fast forward 6 months. Nancy has lost her speaker-ship and is seething. Republicans approach her about the certification documents... Hillary is also involved because she has decided to go for it in 2012. She approaches Nancy as well, saying, ‘you know... you really should testify on what you know. Lets get you immunity to prosecution as we go for Obama’s impeachment. I will make sure you get taken care of at a level of say.... SoS(?) in my new administration.... We have to do something you know...’
Um hum, the panic in the White House has to be extreme. High level staff is leaving, and at least one of them is talking, and they KNOW things!
