IMO, this is a direct response to try and blunt the Palin juggernaut.

Nobody gets it. The media keeps rolling out the old school, let's make a deal politicians....probably to lock any new politicians out of the process until they're corrupted by the system.
The liberals have to be as fed up as the conservatives are. Obama's "reforms" only helped CEOs and those who profit off federal grants. The average guy got shafted. Obama and hillary turned out to be another term of GWB war policies. Obama care puts health in the hands of corporations. Jobs are still hemoragging in manufacturing and the inner cities; anything new coming up is trendy stuff that (around here anyway) seems to be going to the arts and college communities.
Why would a liberal want the two of them running the country together? They've both shown they are elitists. Or will the libs fall for "the lesser of two evils" stuff?

If Evita gets into the WH as “O’s” VP, she will of course run EVERYTHING in the administration.
SO... in addition to “O’s” world class incompetence we will have Evita's insatiable ambition and monster corruption! Nice!! This PLOY is TOO obvious. Evita anywhere near the WH, is 'going from bad to worse' for America. An administration composed of two more dangerously mismatched, ambitious, unscrupulously heavy-handed, personally maladroit and unfit people in the WH, is inconceivable.

Vice President Hillary? I don't think so. She's going for the top job in 2012 by rescuing the Democrats from the disastrous Obama presidency.

OK...let's see if we can sum this up.
In the '08 election, we had one to despise and one to laugh at.
In the '12 election, we'll have either one to despise and hate...and one to laugh at, or .... two to despise and hate.
I really don't see a problem here either way.

I honestly don’t think Hillary would go for it. Why take the chump job to protect the real chump. Just step down, spend time with family and rebuild the Dem party from outside the admin. No reason to show loyalty to Mr. Skittles, it will never be returned. See Rahm. Hillary is the only hope dems have for 2012. Mr. Skittles will be mince meat this time next year. Black voters won’t vote for a macdaddy that is perceived as weak. It blows their macho image.

Hillary will not take the #2 spot especially to Obama. Instead after disastrous losses in November, there will be a movement to draft Hillary to run against Obama in the 2012 primaries.
