Video and photos taken today after the One Nation Working Together Rally concluded show that participants left significant amounts of trash at memorials in our nation's capital dedicated to fallen American servicemen.
The World War II Memorial on the National Mall, which is opposite the Lincoln Memorial where the rally was held this afternoon, had food trash and rally signs all around the granite seating along the perimeter of the Pacific side of the memorial. Colorful signs bearing the logo of rally co-sponsor SEIU are prevalant. Among the signs and water bottles strewn about is what looks like an uneaten Twinkie carelessly dropped at the edge of a fountain commemorating the hard-fought victory in the Pacific theater.
A man wearing what appears to be an SEIU t-shirt is seen sitting near the discarded signs.

Hostagehoosier also posted a video of trash left at the Lincoln Memorial here.
Memorial Bridge, which crosses the Potomac River between the Lincoln Memorial and Arlington National Cemetery, was littered with identical cardboard lunch boxes. The boxed lunches were given free of charge to union and NAACP members, along with free t-shirts, free Metro fare cards and free bus rides from across the country to the rally.Freeper Stratman1969 posted several photographs at his Marooned in Marin blog that shows the trash left on Memorial Bridge.
The trash was most likely left by these people as they headed across Memorial Bridge to the rally:
Those boxes served two purposes.
Once the free lunch was consumed, the participants could then remove and store their brains in the box while they attended the rally...
Socialist rally? No brain required.
The sad part? It looks like some of them neglected to pickup their brains when they left.
Worse than animals. It’s so typical of the entitlement mentality; perfect snapshot.
Disgusting pigs.
LOL! Love it! So true!
Bookmark. Thanks.
Agreed Red. Time to mount up and sling the truth right at these ba$tards.
I was in the library today, and came across a book: “Sieg heil! : an illustrated history of Germany from Bismarck to Hitler”...
It was full of hundreds of pictures from the early twenties onwards that I had never seen, and the book filled me with dread. Too much like what I see today.

“Disgraceful.
Pigs”
Socialist big government supporting Pigs. Its funny how consistent they are with the definition of a pig.
You wouldn’t think the very people who want a big government to take care of em in “one Nation United working together” would themselves demonstrate so readily why we can’t live together. They won’t even clean up after themselves in the
“shared places”.
They just leave it to all the rest of us to clean up their mess just like they are leaving it to the rest of us to support their dead beat unionized lifestyle rather then getting an honest job at a mutually consenting wage.
Yes they are disgraceful pigs, and what they leave behind after they “rally” isn’t the only evidents to that effect.
Woah there Partner! That means making jobs for Americans, and since it’s not a Union position, and would probably only pay minimum wage.......sounds like a job for the “Un-registered” Folks..........
bump
LOL! Jobs that the welfare folks won’t do.
Whoops, and thanks Dubya-M-DeesWent2SyriaStupid!
First they trash the economy. Now they trash the Mall.
This is disgraceful and inexcusable behavior. They people who organized this rally should be presented with a bill for the cleanup and should not be given another permit.
These are union guys, picking up trash is not in their job description...
