The Harvard Law Review, generally considered the most prestigious in the country, elected the first black president in its 104-year history today. The job is considered the highest student position at Harvard Law School. The new president of the Review is Barack Obama, a 28-year-old graduate of Columbia University who spent four years heading a community development program for poor blacks on Chicago's South Side before enrolling in law school. His late father, Barack Obama, was a finance minister in Kenya and his mother, Ann Dunham, is an American anthropologist now doing fieldwork in Indonesia. Mr. Obama was born in Hawaii. Affirmative action is similar to profiling. It is profiling that they are using against Arizona’s immigration law. Of course, all of this is a formula for getting what you want using the race card.
First, they don't "seem to be" saying it, they are saying it. Period.
Second, "racist" implies, and requires, denigrating intent. It isn't racist if it's just a statement of fact that happens to make known a reality that is inconvenient to other-than-caucasians. Which it is. Facts cannot be racist, they're just facts.
The sole and entire purpose of "racial quotas" and "affirmative action" is to give hard-to-earn positions to people incapable of acquiring them through demonstrated merit. This breeds justifiable frustration and deserved resentment among those more qualified who get the shaft so truly racist bullsh*t can be jammed down their throats.
We will never be rid of actual racism in America until we do away, once and for all, with the immorally prejudicial, bigoted practices of "racial quotas" and "affirmative action."
Being a racist is wrong. Disliking an Eskimo because he got the job you earned just because he smells like blubber is completely normal, and not in the least bit racist.

Isn’t it interesting that groups want to be “discriminated toward” when it comes to receiving benefits, but don’t want to be “discriminated against” when one of their members behaves badly.
In other words - one member is “victimized”, the whole group is victimized. One member commits a crime, the whole group is absolved.

Harvard degrees are nothing more than high priced scholastic papers going to the highest bidder.
Anyone who respects an University that does not require final examines is foolish. Harvard is just a high priced scholastic paper mill, pure and simple!

I don’t know - but I’m willing to bet that before 1970 none.

About a year ago I checked the last seven presidents of the Harvard Law Review against the archived HLR online. NONE of them had published any articles in the HLR, although a couple were credited in footnotes with assistance (as Obama was).
Apparently the law student staff does not publish articles under their own names. The articles with named authors are usually written by well-known law professors.

Obama was the perfect MOLE; photogenic, bright enough but not too bright, spoke well, black, radical Left and no obvious criminal history. The Left & other Globalist Progressives have been looking for a tool like this for a Century and they ID’d BO early in his life, shepherded him, covered up for him, purging all records until the time was ripe to steal the Presidency. In the ‘08 election we saw both sides of this fraud come together, the mole could not have gotten elected w/o the set-up by both the Left and the right progressives. Only a crappy opponent like McCain with the help of a crappy prog president like GWB (got to destroy Free Markets to Save Free Markets + his last 4 years in office) and it finally took a manipulated financial collapse to get this dumb tool Obama elected. It was a total setup and the proof is the fact that we still donot have the records on this perv president...WHY NOT?
