If we knew we could live there, I’d say let’s go, but since we don’t, just send the libs there instead. They’re the ones who always whine about the planet, let them see another planet and realize just how good this one is.

I'd vote for the latter, although it could start an interplanetary war. No one wants somebody else's trash dumped on them.
