Whoaa Nellie, when does that kick in. My real estate commission is 3%, same for other side, plus 3% closing costs, plus .5% in Nevada, plus now 3.8%??
That gets us up to about 13.5% transation cost.
That’s real close to deal killer territory. Plus there could be capital gains.
