The Justice Department is ignoring civil rights cases that involve white victims and wrongly abandoned a voter intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party last year, a top department official testified Friday. He called the department's conduct a "travesty of justice."
Christopher Coates, former voting chief for the department's Civil Rights Division, spoke under oath Friday morning before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, in a long-awaited appearance that had been stonewalled by the Justice Department for nearly a year.
Coates discussed in depth the DOJ's decision to dismiss intimidation charges against New Black Panther members who were videotaped outside a Philadelphia polling place in 2008

yep, he ripped them a new one. Let’s see if anything is done about it.
...this is another milestone on the road to the coming race war.
‘Travesty of Justice’?
No, Justice by exception and agenda.
I watched part of his testimony. It was the opening shot across the bow. Other volies will follow after Nov. 2.
There will be grounds for many to be prosecuted for crimes once we castrate this pack of wolves.
Coates was a Clinton appointee and this may be the first open push by Der Hilderbeast toward 2012. That is if the Dems survive the massacre of the elections.
Remember, November is Coming. SOON!
TTO, you’re the star of the show.
It won’t be a race war. There are many decent common-sense Christian blacks who are just afraid to raise their heads right now.
There will be a war, though. Personally, I think Obama is going to publicly announce he’s a Muslim very soon. And then you’re going to see huge numbers of black conversions to Islam and a claim by the Muslims that all blacks are rightfully Islamic (I guess because the Arab Muslims were the ones who captured and sold them??? or similar logic).
So it won’t be precisely a race war. It will be Islam against all the rest of us, although probably a lot of the “home grown” Muslims will be black.
Megyn Kelly is covering this story today for Fox News. She will probably be on O’Reilly tonight.
Most of our stupid Republican Senators stand by, saying nothing. They don’t understand that if this goes on unchecked, there will be real violence.
If you call your Senator and tell him that violence is coming because of these actions by the Dems, you will have the FBI banging on your door claiming you threatened the government with violence. They can’t see the difference between an observation/prediction and a threat.
BTTT!
What do Steven Colbert and Jon Daly have to say about this?
It they don't talk about it, it didn't happen.
What would be done about it if it were Black voters being harmed by the Division of Civil Rights? Seriously, I am asking if anyone knows. Are these racist at the DOJ criminally or civilly responsible for this open and official discrimination?
Oh, something will be done alright. Look for attacks and smears against him and his family. He’s going to get something worse than Joe the Plumber got and similar to Sarah Palin and other serious threats to the progressive movement and it’s leaders in this administration.
Watch the MSM try to sweep the story under the carpet and find other things to offer as distractions. Watch the MSM and not just MSNBC try to spin this as a racist plot against this administration if the distractions don’t work. Truth in the smears isn’t required. just make the charge and move on to the next one. Never correct the record. That’s the standard pattern in cases like this when your dealing with the progressives.
Soul Man!
Scary stuff.
I watched ABC and NBC nightly news neither of whom covered it. The LA Times and the LA Daily News buried the short articles on the inside. The LA Times also said that the Civil Rights Commission was Republican controlled to down play the significance of the charge. Looking at the Who’s Who there the argument has some merit. There are 4 Republican Presidential appointees and of the 4 Congressional Appointees one came from the Heritage Foundation. There is only 2 official Democrats and 2 independents. The academic from USD advised Orin Hatch on judicial appointments.
