With Paladino making it a race in New York, that should help several GOP candidates there as well. GOP House candidates in NY 1,13,19,20,23,24,25 are in tough battles against DEMS and Gillibrand (Sen.-D-Reid's "Hottie") may not be the shoo-in everyone thought she would be.

If the (R) win everything in as bi a blowout as is expected (hoped), that will leave the (D) Party with only a core minority of their most extreme Left Wing zealots. Imagine a whole (D) party leadership of Kuciniches and Waters.....................

Why the fear? Only delusional Dems would have thought they could get away with what they have done.

What the rank and file needs after this election is their own “tea party” candidates for union offices. Many are voting against the their own leaders and their hard earned union dues given to political candidates and positions they don’t personally support.

What is great the Dems have to defend so many normally safe seats. They will have less time and money to spend on the others.

I am happy to say it appears Wisconsin will be added to this list. We have been in Dem Hell for way too long.

Unfortunately, our lame duck Governor is practicing a scorched earth policy that will leave us in extremely bad shape when the good guys take over. He's also seeding the state with extremely left-wing appointments (judgeships, etc.). We will definitely have our work cut out for us.

Democrats Fear Blowout Effect in Battlegrounds

Funny, they should have thought of that before they voted for 0bamao's healthscare.

I believe the GOP candidate will win every statewide office in Ohio, along with the Governor's office, the U.S. Senate seat, and the Ohio House.

With redistricting approaching, the worst fears of the Democrat Party are about to be realized.

I think both governor and senator races in Ohio and Pa are over. Living here in Pa, I’m trying to be as non partisan as I can be and I just don’t see how any of these Dem candidates win. Hopefully Burns defeats Crist in Pa-12. That should be part of the trickle down effect. Crist runs like he’s a Reagan republican. It’s not going to work like it did in May...

Definitely seeing this in PA. Tom Corbett is about to blow Dan Onorato clear out of the ballpark in the Governors race. Is having positive effects for Pat Toomey and many other GOP candidates all down the ballot.

Democrats are worried that the enthusiasm gap among voters in the
two states could be exacerbated if it appears by Election Day that
Republicans are headed for blowout victories in the marquee races.

Translation:
If Republicans win big, it’s the fault of press reports predicting
a big Republican win...
not because voters are madder than hell with Democrats.
This tactic is a nice way of saying the Dems weren’t dangerous socialists,
they were victims of the media reports.

This is what happened in 1994. That year Democrats that were not thought to be in any danger went down around the country. They got pulled down by the sink hole Democrats in bordering district. I will happen again this year, bank on it.
