I say we divide the world up on the basis of who was where, first.
Now all we have to do is decide who was where, and what to do with those who have mixed bloodlines.
Should be simple.

Barack Obama told the Hispanic Caucus in his speech that Mexicans were here in America long before the United States was an idea. Not only that, they invented calculus, penicillin, and the microwave oven.

When did Kenyans get here?
To: Hojczyk
Christians were dominant in the Middle East before Islam was even an idea.
But I don’t suppose Obama would mention THIS little historical fact.

Let me close by saying this. Long before America was even an idea, this land of plenty was home to many peoples. The British and French, the Dutch and Spanish, to Mexicans, to countless Indian tribes. We all shared the same land.
And, what is the point of it? That we should make all illegals legal?
To: Hojczyk
Obama does not know history or anything else too well.

Can anyone say BOGUS! Obama doesn’t know anything about American history, he was schooled in Indonesia...or was it Hawaii? Or....well, never mind-—he doesn’t know crap.

That’s one thing you should always pin a liberal/leftist down on -
what’s your point?
or
what EXACTLY do you mean by that?
Usually, they are just spouting some feelgoodisms that make them feel superior, but if you pin them down, they get really embarrassed either because they CAN’T explain what they mean, or the logical conclusion of what they’re saying exposes the absurdity of their position.

In ancient times, people lived in the area where Mexico is now, but it wasn't called Mexico, and the people did not speak Spanish.

To be perfectly fair to Mr. Obama, not something I'm all that anxious to be, there existed "Mexicans" before Mexico was an independent country, just as there were "Americans" long before the US gained its freedom.
Heck, one of the words the "Aztecs" used to refer to themselves was "Mexica." Since, as everyone knows, the Aztec came from what is now the SW USA (and thus have an eternal right of return to and political control of their ancestral homeland), the president was quite correct historically.
