That's very bad.

Funny, but bad.

Obama is making Carter look better by the day.

Carter (at least, at the time) didn't actively HATE America, and try to bring about about its downfall. He served his country in the Navy, and had a decent, if unremarkable, stint as a governor.

He was merely incompetent. Brutally so, but just incompetent.

BO is exactly like Carter, only more so, and on purpose. :-)

Unfortunarely he took us around the bend with him. Even Reagan could’nt straighten that bend.

PATENT BULLSH!T. The only reason Carter won the presidency was because Gerald Ford pardoned Richard Nixon. Without that pardon, Ford would have beaten Carter easily. Now that both Nixon and Ford are dead, Carter continues in his vain attempts to polish his much-tarnished image.

Carter is preparing for a huge national funeral which in his mind will have twice the number of Reagan’s.

He’ll be lucky if 500 turn out, all ex-democrat jobholders.

Yeah, but I don't have ANY problem with Carter being a much better former president than he was a president.

Agree totally, his one term was a total disaster. As a young working couple raising a child we were barely getting by while double-digit in-the-teens inflation was eating us alive. Everything Carter said or did resulted in a calamnity for the nation. During the Iranian hostage crisis he hid in the Rose Garden and said nothing, did nothing, to stop the crisis. Why can’t he shut up now!

“This guy is absolutely delusional or else dementia has set in....”

I believe that should be “AND” not “or else.”

I was active-duty Air Force under this individual, and God save me from another such service...

Actually, I think he has, come to think of it... I'm not on active duty now.

In addition to his other "accomplishments", Carter was the first President to break a long-standing tradition of not publicly criticizing his successor(s). Republican ex-Presidents have continued to honor the custom, as befits their superior character, but Bill Clinton, naturally, has notably failed to keep his yap shut between speaking engagements and talk show appearances.

I fully expect that once Barack Obama is summarily dispatched from the Rose Garden by the voters and can no longer luxuriate in the style to which he so speedily became accustomed, he will likewise see fit to vent his spleen upon whichever Republican succeeds him.

“He may be superior to the back end of Mr. Ed.”

You unfairly malign Mr. Ed! Take it back!!! Seriously!!! His ENTIRE backside has more functional brain cells than Mr. Carter’s entire body! Even back then!

He would be half as bad as he is with his super-inflated ego, if his wife wasn’t his biggest power-booster, encouraging and enticing him to get out in the world and defend his horrendous Presidential legacy by behaving as a “shadow” President against everyone elected to the office after him.

(Maybe she just likes her life better when his sanctimonious ego is out of the house - “enough Jimmy, go and tell everyone else how great you are”)
