Good grief. The guy was on private property. He refused to leave and thus the beat down. Nothing to do with Obama.

I thought I saw this about a week ago or so here at FR.

However, it is something that should be out there for all to see.

CLINTON HAS WOMAN ARRESTED FOR INSULTING HIM!

by Staff Writers The Daily Republican Newspaper

WASHINGTON DESK - President Clinton visited a Chicago festival last week. An incident happened that has just come to light yesterday when Glenn and Patricia Mendoza were placed under arrest by Chicago police after the Secret Service agents assigned to the President’s detail contacted them. It has been learned that the Secret Service has consulted with the U.S. attorney in Chicago about Clinton’s criminal charges against Mr. and Mrs. Mendoza. Meanwhile, the Secret Service and the Chicago police have two different accounts of the incident.

The Washington Times played a story today that tells of the sordid details emerging from the incident. What has come to light is a shocking revelation about president Clinton’s arrogant trampling on the rights of both Mr. & Mrs. Mendoza who were present in the Chicago festival on July 2, 1996.

While the Mendozas relaxed at the gathering, they looked up and saw president Clinton walking into the crowd and attempting to shake hands with people there. As the president walked up to Mrs. Mendoza and pushed his hand towards her, she was repulsed and became angry.

Mrs. Mendoza did not feel it was appropriate for the president of the United States to impose himself on her and she had no intention of shaking his hand. Further, Mrs. Mendoza was upset over last month’s bombing deaths of 19 U.S. airmen in Saudi Arabia. The president grasped her hand and she protested with words of protest:

“You suck, and those boys died!”

Mrs. Mendoza has said the president looked her in the eyes, then motioned to an assistant and pointed her out, as he continued on past her through the crowd attempting to get photos of people shaking hands with him.

After Clinton left the area, Secret Service agents pounced on Mrs. Mendoza and accused her of “threatening” president Clinton. At that point Mr. Mendoza ordered his wife not to say anything until she consulted an attorney.

White House Loses Lawsuit

Posted on: August 20, 2007 9:16 AM, by Ed Brayton

A couple arrested at a rally after refusing to cover T-shirts that bore anti-President Bush slogans settled their lawsuit against the federal government for $80,000, the American Civil Liberties Union announced Thursday.

Nicole and Jeffery Rank of Corpus Christi, Texas, were handcuffed and removed from the July 4, 2004, rally at the state Capitol, where Bush gave a speech. A judge dismissed trespassing charges against them, and an order closing the case was filed Thursday in U.S. District Court in Charleston.

Their “crime” was going to a Bush speech when they didn’t support Bush and - gasp! - wearing t-shirts that actually expressed their opinion:

The front of the Ranks’ homemade T-shirts bore the international symbol for “no” superimposed over the word “Bush.” The back of Nicole Rank’s T-shirt said “Love America, Hate Bush.” On the back of Jeffery Rank’s T-shirt was the message “Regime Change Starts at Home.”

O come on! I've seen people get surrounded by SWAT teams for less than this.

Not that I agree with that, but this guy's acting like he's about to pull the cord on his suicide bomb.

It doesn't pay to cry "fire" when it's just a kid playing with matches.

If the guy in Gainesville is any indicator, next they’ll charge him for the costs involved in beating him up. Folks, we have to start standing up for our rights, because they’re using every weapon in their arsenal to erase them from the Constitution. Sometimes they can sound very rational, but always keep your eye on what for them is the bottom line—erosion of our rights so they can take more power.

How dare this guy call for the removal of the ‘One”! Of course he should have been arrested - maybe even tarred and feathered too.

Now a muslim calling for death to America, burning our flag, and calling for widespread violence, well THAT’S protected free speech! Got it?

We learned during the OJ trial in Vegas that this is:

Strong Armed Robbery
Felony Kidnapping
Conspiracy to Commit a Violent Crime
Using a Firearm during the commission of a Violent Crime
False Arrest
Unlawful Detainment
not to mention the blatant violations under title 18 section 241,242.

Every Security guard and cop involved and the so-called State Trooper belong in JAIL for a minimum of 25 years, as well as Civil Liabilities for their blatant Illegal Violations of his Civil Rights. Now I know they will claim they were just following orders, just like in Nazi Germany. Doesn’t Alaska have an Attorney General??

Oh, did you actually think that there was “free speech” in the USA? Where did you get that idea? From the “first amendment?” what’s that? Didn’t you know it has been repealed by the fascists in power.

For those who think he was disturbing the peace by his yelling, I’m sure his yelling began when he was asked to take down his sign.

Is that frightening or what?

This is more like the Soviet Union or Red China than the Untied States of America.

And at least one of the "Security" guards identified himself as a State Trooper????

This would have been all over the news and praised as a courageous act met with state aggression if the only difference was that the sign called for the impeachment of Bush during his administration.

The greatness of this nation of finished.

Anti-Americans are in charge.

What not to say to a cop.

Maybe it is just me, but I cannot envision acting that way towards a police officer. This man’s affect and attitude completely overshadows a very valid point: He (or anyone else) has every right to express a political belief. God knows there was lots of latitude given during the Bush Administration.

I was raised to respect LE. Respect does not mean subservience.
