The charge of “racism” or “racist” is used INSTEAD OF addressing the content of the argument.
Always keep that in mind.
This is a patent admission of an inability to refute your case.
ANY group that bases advancement on skin color has no right to call anything racist.

It’s my experience that when one is throwing the race card, it’s usually indicative of their own proclivities.
As always, that crowd blames its self-induced failure on Whitey. Year after year goes by, and that crowd continues doing what keeps it from succeeding. And year after year the race-hucksters keep blaming the failure on Whitey. And year after year it gets worse no matter how much money is extracted through White Guilt.
With the strictest drug laws in place crime in the black communities dropped significantly.
The black elites want to reverse that trend and inflict the murderous drug dealers back into their communities to prey on the citizenry.

True enough, but the most objected to drug laws - the heavy penalties against crack - were loudly lobbied for by “black leaders” years ago. Of course, now they figure that everyone has forgotten that they claimed that failure to “crack down on crack” was racist so that they can now claim that the laws regarding crack were imposed by racists.
It all is comes down to attitude, not race or color.
When drugs became a serious problem in inner-city areas, these groups complained that law enforcement officials were "racist" because they were ignoring the problem.
When police departments at all levels of government began cracking down on drug trafficking, they are now considered "racist" because so many minorities are getting arrested, convicted and incarcerated.
I wish these people would grow up and make up their minds.
In Nazi Germany, Jews who worked for the Nazis would turn in their own people for a piece of gold.
The Black community in the US is no different. The Black elite sold out their own kind so they could sit at the grownup table.
The NAACP and the CBC are the true racists. They have done more to hurt the Black community more than any White every could.
Riiiigggghhhht. Can't have all those Jazz musicians getting white women stoned so they can boink them.

We know much more about narcotics today, how they work, why you like them, etc.
He was feeling around for reasons ~ we don't need to do that anymore.
I can say one thing though: In NYC, there are often “welcome wagons” set up near buildings where suspected dealing is going on. EVERYONE coming out is stopped and searched without any other evidence. These are never used in a “white” neighborhood. Even with obvious dealing going on. It's too easy for cops to plant drugs in those situations.
That's rich - 'feeling around for reasons' to deprive people of their property and liberty in order to increase the size and scope of government. Brilliant little fascist ol' Harry was.

Isn't that the truth ... just pass a law and jam it down the throats of the people 'for their own good' or better still, 'for the children'. Kinda like Obamacare ...
