Town Hall bosses are asking staff to take part in a 'heterosexuality quiz' so they can gain a greater understanding of what it is like to be gay.
The quiz, devised by managers at Buckinghamshire County Council, is part of an equality and diversity course called 'Respecting Sexuality'.
Questions, which are described as a 'twist' on those routinely asked of homosexuals, include 'What do you think caused your heterosexuality?', 'Is it possible your heterosexuality stems from a neurotic fear of others of the same sex?', and 'If you've never slept with a person of the same sex, how do you know you wouldn't prefer it?'

The Buckinghamshire council course is just one of a series of publicly funded equality and diversity sessions uncovered in a series of Freedom of Information requests by The Mail on Sunday. Cardiff, Slough and Cheshire West and Cheshire councils have also incorporated quizzes in their sessions. In Slough, employees ask colleagues questions from a specially prepared grid such as 'Can you sing a few lines from a Supremes song?' and 'Do you read The Guardian?' Staff at Cardiff City Council are challenged to name the inventor of the 'great British classic car the Mini', and to identify the symbol used to celebrate the Chinese New Year. I hear you. I have no experience with diversity courses, but from the questions that were posed, imho, the intent did seem to be intimidation.
The answer they are looking for is “I was born that way”. This opens the door to a claim that homosexuals are also “born that way”.
I think the the best answer here was “natural selection”.

Agreed. Many times, I've heard ladies complain along the lines of 'men are getting gayer'. Naturally I always make a point of disabusing them of any idea that stoats are 'gay' and they have usually appreciated my efforts ;-)

Rape and molestation are crimes of power, not sexuality. The fact that there is a sexual component is only incidental. Just like some animals chew the gonads off of other animals in displays of dominance, similarly, that’s probably how it started, oh so long ago. Case in point, ancient Greece, the rich aristocrats had male consorts. In any event, once the young are abused, they continue to abuse, and on and on. Thus, the cycle has to be broken somewhere, or it will keep going on and on. The fact that politicians use militant females (read: “feminists”) to subordinate males (read: “metrosexuals”...or worse, depending) isn’t helping, and in fact, is part of Satan’s plan to break up the family and root deviant behavior and communism, or lack of individual accountability (this was a communist goal, btw)...it’s all tied together in an intricate web of sin and abomination.
So, there you have it, hope that clears things up.

The annoying thing is that many people who live and work in the UK and from places like Germany, France and Spain. They are expected to speak English and no translation is actually available for them.
So guess who the translations are for? Yes - second, third and fourth generation Brits!

And I agree, God formed us a certain way, sexual deviance, in all it’s many forms, ultimately is an individual choice. It’s hard for some to make the right choices for a lot of varying reasons, but it’s still a choice, and there still, ultimately, is a right, and a wrong one. It’s sad that so many are choosing the wrong one, more and more. But God is at the Helm, and may His will be done!

To which my reply would be, “no, that is each person’s individual rebellion against how G-d made them. Just like G-d doesn’t make us thieves, or gamblers, or adulterers, people choose that lifestyle.”
I was thinking the exact same thing to put down for an answer: “God’s natural laws.”
