FIRE (http://www.thefire.org) is one conservative student activist support organization which addresses itself to such matters. (There may be others.)

Sounds like this is about as clear cut a case as you will find of illegal activity by those in control.
At first I couldn’t believe any administrator could do this then the thought came to me that this must have been a Black administrator to be so sensitive to criticism of Obama. Sure enough, I scrolled down the page and there was her picture.
This infringes the student’s Freedom of Speech? Where’s the ACLU?

Did the student have evidence, like an incoming call from this ladies cell phone? I hope she didn’t delete it. A copy of the outgoing email would be good to provide too.
I don’t doubt the students, they should provide documentation though.
Hit them (college) here it hurts - in the pocketbook. No more donations from alumni. That usually gives them pause to consider the consequences of their actions.
