(Maricopa County, AZ) Sheriff Joe Arpaio reports that his deputies last night arrested another 23 illegal aliens in the act of being smuggled through Maricopa County. Last night’s arrest brings the week’s total to 35 illegal aliens arrested while engaging in human smuggling.
The arrests were the result of two traffic stops in the north valley involving two separate vehicles. One vehicle contained 13 occupants and the other 12. During one of the traffic stops, two suspects fled on foot into the desert.
Sheriff Arpaio says, “Even though the media hype surrounding SB 1070 has worn off for now, illegal aliens continue to sneak into the United States through Maricopa County and my deputies continue to pursue them as they have for the past three years.”
The Sheriff will soon implement his plan to commission a volunteer armed posse force outfitted with appropriate hardware and gear to assist in the enforcement of illegal immigration and human smuggling laws.
Sheriff Arpaio has vowed to continue his enforcement of state and federal immigration laws despite recent political and media attention surrounding the issue. During the course of their duties, Maricopa County Sheriff’s officers have been responsible for investigating, arresting and/or identifying over 40,000 illegal aliens.

Actually he received the complaint from a fellow traveler activist.
That’s how this crap works. The left targets small town America, funds a move-in of activists, and starts with “complaints” against Nativity Scenes at Christmas, complaints against firearms’ rights, complaints against everything on the liberal/socialist hit list.
The people there responded perfectly. Force only backs down from larger force - even if it’s only implied force.
This is war for the heart and soul of what we love. Our side needs to wake up to this (and it’s happening).

I know the outgoing sheriff a couple counties over...I gotsta remember to ask him about a similar unit in the local area...

Az is a Conceal and Carry State or open carry, No permit necessary. Watch for the deputizing of ALL AZ CITIZENS to enforce Immigration Laws. Sheriff Joe, leading the way to Freedom and Liberty.
I think that open carry has been legal in AZ for many years. I believe that they just legalized concealed carry WITHOUT a license.

There is a trial going on on the east coast right now. Family was invaded. Father tied up in basement. Mother & 2 daughters held upstairs.
Mother taken to bank to get money- I think it was $15,000.
It took 33 minutes for her to get the money, while criminals waited outside for her. She was told that if she got the money, no one would get hurt.
She imparted to bank officer what was going on.
Bank officer called 911 & was PUT ON HOLD.
Then she was told to CALL BACK.
This woman was raped , along with her 9 year old daughter.
All 3 women were killed & house set on fire.
Father got himself free & went to neighbor for help. He is now testifying at trial of 2 perps with long criminal histories who were on parole.

IMO, the DREAM ACR is NOT a small attempt at amnesty. It is bigger than that.
This kind of ‘rider’ is another reason why bvills in any legislature should be ONE ITEM bills only.
