Just obtained this letter from Justice Department Inspector General Glenn Fine to members of Congress informing them that he will open up a review of the Obama administration’s selective enforcement of civil rights laws by the Voting Section office of DOJ.
Big news. Good news. Fine is a veteran IG whose meticulous work I cited in-depth in Invasion. You know how the Obama bully boys have treated IGs. Prayers for Fine would be most appropriate.
South40, I would have PAID to see a patriot like yourself take down the racist, disgusting, anti-American New Black Panthers. Bunch of cowards they are, anyway.

If IG Walpin’s firing came from Obama, and I think it did, that is an impeachable offense. Look for Darrell Issa to investigate this come Jan 2, 2011.

I expect Holder to interdict any serious DOJ investigation covering for Obama. It is the very reason why Obama chose him to run DOJ.

Absolutely! You hit the nail on the head with this suggestion. If conservatives/the GOP wants to make waves about Obama "policy" and the justice department (no caps = no respect until they respect Sheriff Joe and all border sheriffs who want to enforce immigration law as per our Rule of Law), most Americans IMHO will stand beside them and cheer the investigation on.
And he will find that there is nothing wrong with Obama’s or Holder’s actions. Those actions are only to make up for the prejudice against blacks and other minorities in the past and are thus fully justified to get revenge against the WASPs.
Remember the other IG who had to resign or did he get fired?

Look folks, the DOJ couldn’t find a Democrat violation if the fate of the world were on the line. I’m not trying to make a negative comment about this guy. I’ve lived through too many investigations with lots of known facts in the public domain, only to see them go nowhere.
This investigation will wind up the same way. It’s on the fast track to nowhere.
If it doesn’t wind up that way, people can bring me back to this comment and take me to task. And I’ll gladly be humble about it.
For once, just once, I’d like to think our justice department could utter one last gasp of reason after the lights being out for 15 years or so.
I suspect that setting the basis of an impeachment hearing and pulling the fangs of this administration may be what is in the works.
I doubt that Fine will be allowed to proceed. I suspect that he will carefully document the obstructions placed before him prior to his dismissal; ala, Walpin’s dismissal. Such an act, along with the DOJ actions relative to Arizona SB1070, including lack of enforcement of existing Federal laws, would give plenty of grist to impeachment proceedings.

Now that it is known that election thugs will not be prosecuted under the corrupt “law”, I opine that a lot of Voters are going to be ready to take up where A-General HOLE-Duh dropped the Constitutional ball and figure that vigalante justice might be better than total anarchy, which is what we are going to be left with if we keep going in this direction.
After they take your soap box, corrupt your jury box, and steal your ballot box, you’re pretty much left with one box between your family and total tyranny, repression, and potential genocide.
I don’t know about you, but I sort of get the sense that a lot of people are about ready to get a reach for it.
Let’s hope and pray that it never comes to that... again... but we do live in interesting times.
