I have never seen anything like this, a military Jeep torn completely down and rebuilt in under four minutes. This isnt some gimmick either, they drove it to and from the exhibition. While not "tech" related, this is definitely one of the coolest things you will see all day.

They just don’t run it long enough to get hot.

I’m calling BS.
I’ve pulled radiators before.
Takes at least one wrench.

Clearly, it had to be a special set-up. Nevertheless, excellently done.

Geez a serious Typo in the headline....
NardOCP should be HardOCP

Bet they don't do that with a Tank...LOL!
probably fun to show off a bit like that.

That looked like a CJ-5 which was still a pretty simple jeep for its day. Obviously, the engine mounts, fuel line, brakes, body mounts, etc. were modified. Still, a heck of a job by the crew.

That is awesome. God Bless our soldiers.

They did in 4 minutes what a union POS would do in about 1 week.

“I had a 48 Wyllis.”
I had a 49’ that was bought by some helicopter pilots from Fort Campbell and done up like a WWII Jeep.

Before reading the article, I am guessing that several thing were not "torn down," so that the word "completely" is fraudulent.
Engine.
Transmission.
Rear end.
I might be wrong for the first time this week.

Radiator, motor, transmission and transfer case all come out as one unit in those models.

I had a patron who would receive quite regularly boxes from someone serving overseas. Heavy boxes. I was sure someone was shipping home a vehicle in order to reassemble it when they got home.

Pretty cool video but the jeep was clearly rigged to be taken apart.
I think I saw only two bolts used on each of the wheels - and the body appeared to only have one bolt per side holding it on.
Pretty cool but I don’t think it could be driven off road like a real Jeep.

Just showed this to my husband.
He and my son have been working Saturdays on a broken down Cherokee. It’s taking them a bit longer.
