A map compiled by firefighters who sifted through the wreckage of lower Manhattan in the seven months after the attacks shows the gruesome discovery of human remains stretched as far as 1,135 feet from the middle of the trade center -- including remains found just a block from the mosque site.
The map was obtained by The Post from sources after the Fire Department did not respond to requests to review it. It shows that remains were found just 348 feet to the south of the mosque site at 45 Park Place, on top of the massive post-office building that stretches along Barclay Street, from Church Street to West Broadway.

I caught the end of the tribute to the 9/11 victims during the GA/SC game. (ESPN2 must have run out of commercials). They were holding a banner “We Will Not Forget” and as the camera faded out, it focused on a young man in the stands obviously torn. His anguish turned to tears and he buried his head in his hands.
I hate to sound like an old person (Grandma that I am, LOL!) but scenes like that give me hope for the future of this nation. There will be those who will continue to fight this battle once we leave this earth.

Would everyone please get off my back for the “Israeli involvement” theory? It’s just ONE theory, of many. I’ve always held that Muslims did 9-11, but my mind is open to other possibilities about who may have “backed” them.. The motive for Israel to orchestrate this would obviously be to drag the United States into their war on terror. If true, at the end of the day.. Hey, it worked, right? But I can’t be convinced this is the case.. Just be open minded, people.. Don’t assault my right (or others) to consider all possibilities. The day I stop questioning is the day Osama Bin Laden is killed or captured.

I can tell you that we found nothing as complete as those pictures of the bodies at the Pentagon. We were lucky if we found a part of a toe in a shoe. Everything else was dust.
