Apples, meet oranges. We aren't talking about collateral damage casualties. We're talking about the intentional targeting and murdering of individual civilians.

During WWII, over 130 US service members were tried, convicted and HANGED UNTIL DEATH for capital crimes against civilians, including rape and MURDER. It happened.

In September,2001, we should have leveled something in the Middle East. At this point, I say pull out of Afghanistan and Iraq. We should say, “we have tried to help 2 of your countries build Democracies. We spent OUR BLOOD to do this,

While you're probably getting fat running your mouth, some actually have to deal with the extremely volatile situation in the sandbox. Having evil-clowns running around executing innocent locals (if the story is actually true) unnecessarily makes all of our lives vastly more difficult.

Nearly 100,000 German citizens were killed in the fire bombing of Dresden. Today if a pilot lets a bomb go at the wrong time, he is charged with murder.
