I think Bill O’Reilly must be on the payroll of the Saudi Royal Family.

Hey Bill. I hope all this pro Muslim propaganda gets you a big fat bonus! You’ve sure earned it !!!!

The question is why is O'Reilly asking this of the courts?

Article I Section 9 Clause 2 puts the suspension of Habeas Corpus on the Congress, not the courts. It is true that Habeas Corpus can be suspended in the case of "Rebellion" or the "Invasion of public Safety," but why is this placed in the limits on Congress, and not elsehwere?

Is it up to Congress to declare the suspension of the Florida Pastor's rights, not the Courts or the President?

Geez - I had never seen that.

I know the guy is totally self-absorbed and full of hot air, but this is very telling. What a jerk.

Sounds like O’Reilly is trying to hard to impress Prince Alwaleed bin Talal....Just wait, O’Reilly will support the 9/11 Mosque/Terrorist Hall of Fame.

It took two minutes into O'Reilly's "Factor" tonight and I wanted to strangle him (as usual.....).

The NAACP commie was destroying the Tea Party with lies and innuendos......and there was O'R stumbling around like a dummy trying his best not to defend the Tea Partiers too hard.

This host with the leastest is so ill-prepared, so ill-researched, so politically uneducated in first principles, so out of touch, so insecure, so secretly afraid of his own shadow (if he has one) that it's incredible. Any freeper could have demolished the lying shill guest in two seconds.

O'R hides and covers his idiocy and total lack of knowledge with blarney, suaveness, words signifying nothing and plain bull shiite.

I suggest he gets off his lazy posterior and join a Tea Party rally some day to see what they're really about and what they do if they discover a plant or disruptor in their midst.

Of course, O'Reilly will never passionately defend the Tea Party people because that wouldn't be "fair and balanced".

Confucius say man who always ride fence must wear lead underwear to his grave.

See my tag line! There wasn't room to add that the Bloviator also said on 8/5/10...."Barack Obama is well-intentioned".

He never said that about Free Republic when he attacked it on the airwaves, did he!

O’Reilly is willign to uphold the constitutional rights of the America-hating jihadist Imam Rauf (BTW, am I the only one who thinks “Rauf” sounds like a dog barking) but not those of Rev. Terry Jones.

I think both are unnecessary provocations, but the dichotomy is interesting.

Ted Baxter doesn’t understand our Constitution any more than Democrats do.
