Their talk of trying to be a peace maker is being exposed as a total farce. As this heats up, it gives more credence to the theory they want to build on conquered ground. That is why even moving a few blocks will not due. The refusal to move due to the significance of this building being hit by part of the plane and causing harm. It is just another attack on an emotional level, and a message of power to Muslims globally.
