Weather underground has computer models showing it turning out to sea before making landfall. If it doesn't, it could be a doozy.

However, it does look like this hurricane season is going to be a flop again, thankfully.

Well, Igor is a Cat 4 but looks like a non-issue for the US except for surf. Unless it doesn't turn.

Still out there along with Hurricane Julia ( Cat 2). She’s supposed also to turn North and out to sea. Julia is heading in the same direction at almost 4 times the speed of Igor. Wonder if either will siphon off energy from the other. Also Karl ( Cat 1 ) is in the southern Gulf.
