LIFE WITH BIG BROTHER Chris Dodd's last act: 'Control the people' Alarms raised over Democrat senator's likely final major piece of legislation WASHINGTON Alarms are being raised over what probably is retiring Sen. Christopher Dodd's last major piece of legislation the Livable Communities Act,
which has been approved by the Senate Banking Committee and now is heading to the Senate floor for its likely U.N. inspiration and goal of controlling people.
The plan would create a new federal bureaucracy, the Office of Sustainable Housing and Communities, armed with some $4 billion in federal grants, to pressure local communities into a more "green" development agenda.
Detractors say its priorities can be traced back to the U.N., which at an Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro in 1992 adopted Agenda 21, outlining the goal of having government control over people.

Im telling you whoever wants to challenge Obama and win had better dismantle the U.N. or break away from them first thing.
I am tired of only third party candidates saying they will truly clean up all around and then no one votes for them because they are scared of the idiotic dem getting in.
Chris Dodd’s last act will be to smoke a cigarette before the noose is placed around his neck.
This crooked guy is the poster child for term limits.
Agenda21
Agenda 21 is a comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations System, Governments, and Major Groups in every area in which human impacts on the environment.
Agenda 21, the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development, and the Statement of principles for the Sustainable Management of Forests were adopted by more than 178 Governments at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) held in Rio de Janerio, Brazil, 3 to 14 June 1992.
The Commission on Sustainable Development (CSD) was created in December 1992 to ensure effective follow-up of UNCED, to monitor and report on implementation of the agreements at the local, national, regional and international levels. It was agreed that a five year review of Earth Summit progress would be made in 1997 by the United Nations General Assembly meeting in special session.
The full implementation of Agenda 21, the Programme for Further Implementation of Agenda 21 and the Commitments to the Rio principles, were strongly reaffirmed at the World Summit on Sustainable Development (WSSD) held in Johannesburg, South Africa from 26 August to 4 September
2002.

Dodd really gave the U.S. the middle finger on his way out the door. All sorts of chicanery could be done if this law passes.
A few years back I found an official UN site that showed desired “world heritage sites”. The map included the entire great lakes basin, nearly the entire southern half of Florida, a huge chunk of Arkansas and Missouri, much of the gulf coast, and most of the west.
These were areas the UN would like to see mostly free of human habitation and the cities in those areas would contain sustainable populations.
They’ve been doing this kinda s*it in Austin for years. The City Council here LOVE ideas on how to better control the people.
The public is easily controlled with TV and ball games. ALL of TV supports him and Islam. As long as idiots watch TV - they are in control.
When you hear the word sustainable anything grab your wallet and run.
Of course, we will need a new Taj Mahal for this bureaucracy.

When is the best time to inundate CSPAN with calls on this?
Thanks for posting this. The threat is real.
