If Michael John Koenig had listened to the restroom attendant, he probably wouldn't be sitting in the Ramsey County Jail.
Koenig, 23, of Monticello, Minn., was arrested Sunday night after he and a 21-year-old friend allegedly refused to leave a State Fair Grandstand bathroom stall they were sharing.
Apparently, there's a rule against that.
Police declined to speculate why the two men were in the stall together.

Looking at the picture of the perp and reading the account, I bet this is a stoner issue more than a wide stance issue. Plus, it says Koenig’s girlfriend also got in the fight. My bet, meth heads trying to share some glass.
Wait a minute... this isn’t a summary of Obama’s political career?
When you read the entire article, you find that he was not arrested for being in a stall with a friend. There was violent behavior which started when he was told he couldn’t be in the stall with his friend.
Koenig and Heider attacked the attendent, and then they left the bathroom, where they continued acting in a beligerant manner.
Actually, though, he wasn’t arrested for the violent behavior. He was arrested for violating a domestic no-touch order, because he was at the fair with his girlfriend who he wasn’t supposed to have any contact with because of prior domestic violence. Oddly though, she was there willingly, and she was arrested for interfering in his detainment.
And the article gives NO clue as to what they were doing in the stall. I would have said drugs, but I’d assume the police searched both men and found nothing, or it would be in the article.

That may have been why there was a ruckus and they refused to leave, they were flushing it when they were caught..

If it was drugs I imagine they would have flushed any evidence once they realized they had attracted attention.

I’ve been there many times and never seen one.
I'm sure that if you were sharing a stall with another guy then one would have come out of the woodwork. There's a secret room behind the mirror where they watch you on closed circuit TV.
