Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio said Thursday the Justice Department "sandbagged" him with the lawsuit it filed earlier in the day against him. The Justice Department claims in its suit that the controversial Arizona lawman refused for more than a year to turn over records in an investigation into allegations his department discriminates against Hispanics. It surprises me because our lawyers have been meeting with the Justice Department officials the last week and we were cooperating," Arpaio told Fox News' Neil Cavuto.

I would guess that hispanics qualify for Arpaio’s jail in direct proportion to the amount of crimes they commit. Same for any race or ethnic group.

Somehow I think America’s sheriff saw this coming. Now he’s going to have some fun. :)

I heard on a radio show yesterday, Levin’s perhaps, that the Civil Rights division of the DOJ has hired 102 lawyers. The only reason for that “upgrade” is to further political positions against ‘enemies’ of the state/Obama.

We are under assault by our ‘government.’

Didn’t they do about the same with Brewer? She got surprised by a lawsuit after bing assured she’d be told if one was in the works.

we are and they are are a political witch hunt.

Now where is the frigging GOP to call a press conference and point this crap out.

This is an outrage that the homeland dept is not doing their job nor is ICE, the state dept is thinking the UN is the law not the constitution and this justice dept dropped charges against black racists as well as lessen them.
Postpone charges against the bomber of the USS Cole.
But they are going after AZ community college.
Sheriff Joe from AZ
sued AZ for enforcing the law and sent a report in saying to the world AZ is violating civil rights.

Now this Govt is after a state plain and simple , though has it got anything to do with AZ wanting to see B/C before someone can run in the state.?
WHERE ARE YOU GOP SPEAK UP

I think you guys should rethink supporting Sheriff Joe.

A number of disturbing wrongful deaths have occurred under his watch.

Dear Windsor:

No, it would not be an exaggeration. I'd say that sums the situation up perfectly.

I see the DoJ has yet to file suit against those Federal Law breaking Sanctuary Cities.......... =.=

Under Obama.....

.....DOJ goes after law abiders and ignores law breakers.

That is until the RAT laws are in place to change what is against the law and what is not. Only then will they enforce the law.

I think it's past time to realize that our top leadership is actively working to deconstruct the republic, and foster lawlessness. I believe it to be a wise and prudent thing to conduct ourselves accordingly now.

Typical government proceedings, soon they’ll force the sheriff to have a psychological exam and pay their own shrinks to declare him nuts possibly try to force retirement or jail him forthwith. The government has thrown the first stones on the State, have already thrown stones upon the people and robbed the coffers. Sould the government( Washington) somehow win this battle I fear for all of America. Prayers for the sheriff and so many others tossed under perdition of the traitorous government.

[ in direct proportion to the amount of crimes they commit]

Exactly! How simple it is - but to the libs that’s politically incorrect to say!
