An indignant President Obama complained last week, “I can’t spend all of my time with my birth certificate plastered on my forehead.” Fine. How about plastering a copy of his presidential oath of office there instead?
The commander-in-chief is in dire need of a daily reminder that his job is to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States” — not international law or global diktats.
Case in point: Last week, Obama’s State Department handed in America’s first-ever report to the United Nations Commissioner for Human Rights in conjunction with something called the “Universal Periodic Review.” In short, the document is a self-aggrandizing report card touting the administration’s far-left domestic-and foreign-policy initiatives for the world’s approval.
The report boasts of racialand gender-bean-counting in the executive branch; Justice Department outreach to Muslim grievance groups opposed to post-9/11 security measures; payoffs to teachers unions in the federal stimulus law; continuing commitment to closing the Gitmo detention facility for enemy combatants, and the illusory life-saving effects of ObamaCare on minorities through “expanding community-health centers” (which have yet to be built, but not that it matters in our Nobel Peace Prize-winning president’s age of post-achievement).

If the constitution doesn’t mean what it says, then the oath of office is pointless.
Words cannot express the outrage I feel at this president for having submitted this report to the U.N.
And Governor Brewer is exactly right. These duplicitous cretins in this administration did not even allege human rights violations in their own lawsuit against Arizona -- yet they fall all over themselves, bowing down repeatedly along the way, to prostrate themselves before the United Nations, of all the crap organizations in the world, and at the same time aggrandize their shallow political selves in the vilest way over the very many horrible things they, alone in their Progressive wisdom, "see" in America.
How superior are the beings in the Oval Office and its King's court! They are citizens of the world, ready at the slightest political impetus or opportunity to completely sell out the United States of America, that evil country in which they have insinuated themselves for, apparently, the purpose of destroying it from within.
As has been said, and sorry for shouting, but WHAT AMERICAN PRESIDENT WOULD DO THIS?
And these people are surprised that Americans are searching about for some explanation -- religious or otherwise -- for why THIS American president DOES, REPEATEDLY, DO THINGS SUCH AS THIS.
There is no doubt in my mind that Obama is working to obtain some type of globalist UN position after his term ends. Everything he does it toward that end. He just sees the American presidency as a step up the ladder to that ultimate goal. He want’s to be king of the new world order.
This screed will be used as propaganda against the United States for the next 20 years. I expect the goon leftist professors to be the first to publish “scholarly” papers expanding and fortifying this agit-prop “report.”

Article II, Section 3, requires that the President “shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed . . . “ Obama’s failure to enforce the immigration laws is a potential basis for impeachment of him or of any subordinate official.
