Howard Dean pulled off the rare twin-trashing this morning, dumping on both Glenn Beck and the people who respond to his message. He began by calling Beck crazy, saying he has "a few things the matter with him up here, up in the head there." Later, he compounded the calumny, calling Beck a "racist" and a "hate-monger." So who were the hundreds of thousands of people who attended the rally and the millions more who watch and listen to Beck? Why, according to Dean, they're "lost souls."
New York Times columnist Charles Blow had set the vitriolic tone during the show's first hour, accusing Beck of "hiding behind a cross" and participating in a "rhetorical assassination" of Pres. Obama.

“The more they continue to lash out at America with their venom and hatred, the worse the beating in nine weeks is going to be.”
The left hopes ot scare their people so that more will show up at the polls in Nov. Its their only chance. In contrast, our side can’t wait to hoist the black flag.
Very good. Let’s remove all doubt about which side the hate comes from.
Dean’s a conserve-a-phobe... what can we expect from filth like that? ( Yeah, we can do silly name calling too...)
It’s becoming clearer and clearer.
Battle lines are being drawn!!!
Is that because you think you are God Dean, or just something you thought might work for you..
Dean’s becoming quite the toon.
We war not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities and powers of the air, or to paraphrase a little further, against the demonic forces that control the left and puppets like Dean.
The only racism I saw on Saturday was at a different, much smaller rally, led by Al Sharpton.
Beck’s rally had no racism, and no hate mongering.
Well, one thing about Dean is that you have to admit he’s entertaining! Especially, when Dean accuses someone else of being crazy. Talk about projection!
Racist hate-monger Alveda King was there too.
I dare him to name one thing Beck has ever said that was racist or hateful. Everything is about race with the libs. They overplayed that card and we aren’t having any more of it. We are fighting back.
Why does “hardened heart” come to mind? Some times it’s just futile to dabate. Pearls before swine?
Someone should ask Howard Dean if he thinks Alveda King and Albert Pujols are racists or “lost souls” because they were at the rally...but he has probably never heard of either of them.
Some say that Howard Dean is a pedesterophile.
I’m in favor of giving them as much rope as they rhetorically ask for. Let’s also cheer them on as they keep digging that metaphorical hole.
