Palin in Ascendence:Liberals Admit Defeat
Contentions ^ | 8/29/10 | Jennifer Rubin

he certainly has them on the run. At the National Mall rally on Saturday, Sarah Palin delivered an eloquent and moving tribute to servicemen and a nonpartisan call to restore — not transform — America. The complete text should be read in full. (If you are not moved to tears by the stories of three heroic military men, you have a heart of stone.)

I admit that I had some serious reservations about the Glenn Beck rally. To put it mildly, I’m no fan of Beck’s, and his rhetoric has given liberals plenty of fodder to paint the right as extreme and incendiary. But both he and certainly Palin conducted themselves well — sticking to general themes of faith and service. That the media could not find a single controversial statement is a tribute to the good judgment and restraint that was exercised.

Meanwhile, Palin clearly has the left in a tizzy. They have finally gotten it: she is redefining feminism. In the New York Times, two liberal feminists exhibit more than a little anxiety over the Palin juggernaut. To put it bluntly, they have Palin envy:

Palin wins, the left loses along with the ersatz feminists who speak not for Amerian women, but for themselves and the left.

Liberal Feminism is dead because they lost all moral standing they might of ever had defending Bill Clinton.

Who is more like the average American woman—Gloria Steinem and Jane Fonda or Sarah Palin?

Well, Jennifer, I am a Beck fan. I think his take on our history is priceless as are the contributions of David Barton.

from the article:

“Meanwhile, Palin clearly has the left in a tizzy. They have finally gotten it: she is redefining feminism. In the New York Times, two liberal feminists exhibit more than a little anxiety over the Palin juggernaut. To put it bluntly, they have Palin envy:

“In the 24 months since her appearance onstage in Dayton, Ohio, Ms. Palin has enthralled pundits and journalists who devote countless television hours and column inches to her every Twitter message and Facebook update, while provoking outrage and exasperation from the left. …”

So I guess resigning the Alaska governorship was something other than giving up on her day job - at least according to these MSM-Nag crones who are her major critics.

Defending the ‘Dog known as Clinton’ is one reason the Lefty Feminists have besmirched their cause. Their undaunted position on “freedom to choose” killing unborn babies — now that’s a real place to make your stand on Feminist equality. Sure wouldn’t want to thwart that freedom to be promiscuous without fear of visible repercussions.

“Since the 2008 election, progressive leaders have done little to address the obvious national appetite for female leadership. “

WHAT?? As we watch Obama grind down our country, steal our liberty, alienate our allies, and bow to despots...what we really are experiencing is a ...a...’national appetite for FEMALE leadership”????!!!!!! I guess the feminists ‘never let a crisis go to waste.’

Well, I thought they had one-her name is Hillary:( ................................ Never under estimate the power of the rival. Daily doses of the MSM can bring her back to the front of the line. She has the necessary backing $$$$$ too.

Plus their silence on sharia law populism and the stoning or summary execution, for mere, uncorroborated accusations concerning pre marital sex and adultery against Muslim women.

They schlogged the big one in front of everyone on that issue since 9/11.No one takes them seriously,as they turn themselves into whirling dervishes over Palin, and try to transcend there new found roll of Muslim subservience and submission. People generally now think feminists are good at only one thing:

Bending over in submission and taking it.

Thats clearly not Sarah Palin.

No wonder feminists are envious of her.

I am starting to think that we need a serious historian, one of REAL history - not the progressive revisionist history - to lead this nation out of this abyss the leftist progressives have created.

Hum. A REAL historian, and a patriot. Why not Barton?

Liberal feminism has devolved their agenda into one and only one item--unlimited abortion on demand. We now have an entire generation of adults who have spent their young lives looking around for their aborted older brother or sister, witnessing the surly defensiveness of their abortionist mothers, and finding nothing good in it all.

They are not impressed by pinched leftwing bitches and menopausal old bags screeching about "Rights."

Anyone left who is still so dysfunctional as to resurrect the "quitter" meme belongs in the op-ed pages of the Slimes. It is a protected environment for such endangered species.

Oh, she’s not dead yet, that’s the reason for my sarcastic comment. But, the ‘rats will never have a Palin in truth, it’s not in their genetic makeup, they are not “real” people.

“I admit that I had some serious reservations about the Glenn Beck rally. To put it mildly, I’m no fan of Beck’s, and his rhetoric has given liberals plenty of fodder to paint the right as extreme and incendiary....”

Let’s be fair to Beck. Just exactly how does one expose and name names of the progressives who hijacked American history, reversed the beautiful race relations that existed in the Revolutionary era and substituted Jim Crow laws, etc., etc; exposing and destroying progressive secrets and lies, showing American blacks how they have been hoodwinked by the people they have been TOLD were their saviours and friends? How do you DO that in a plain unequivocal way without pi$$ing a whole bunch of them off?!

I love and respect Rush and others and what they are doing for our cause of saving America as it was Founded. I have no doubt that even Michael Savage is drawing some blood here and there. But for MY money, the guy who is REALLY taking names and kicking butts is Glenn Beck! He SHOWS documentation for EVERYTHING he brings to light and the scumbags that he exposes. God Bless and protect Glenn Beck!
