cripplecreek, we live in a very isolated, rural area in Arizona and we feel exactly the same way. It’s really irritating to have these people tell us how to treat the environment. They come up here, trash the place. We have to clean up after them and rescue them when they get their stupid, green asses in trouble.
To be environmentally conscious, live in an place that will kill you if you don’t pay attention. Makes a difference.
By the way, I’m not a Glen Beck fan, but am proud that there was such a good turn out.

A lot of DC unionists will pretend to be doing some work to get overtime to clean up a mess that never was.

Yes, they do.
They are perhaps _the_ most important underlying factor that determines whether a culture and nation will hold together, or fracture apart.
And, sad to say, at this point in time the demographic “direction” in which America is heading does not seem promising at all. Of course you already know this, as your two-word post implies.
The undeniable reality is that unless these demographic trends are halted (and ultimately, reversed), America’s future is sealed. The country will in time “balkanize” and may even break apart. This might be prevented, but as of now, that doesn’t seem possible.
When will _the rest_ of conservatives begin to wake up and see this truth, as well?
Fur Shur one of the troublesome things with the Presidential Inaugurations is the Secret Service takes all the trash cans and barrels off the streets and hides them somewhere.
And you go walking around with a black trashbag with some stuff in it the SS is definitely going to have you doing a front leaning rest.
A Chicago firm won the contract for cleaning and used 1350 workers ~ most of them temporary ~ along with its regulars with locally managed AAA (the company that picks up my trash).
They reported that 50 tons of trash were collected.
