PRINCETON, NJ -- More Americans disapprove than approve of President Barack Obama's recent comments concerning the planned construction of a mosque near where the Sept. 11 terror attacks occurred in New York City, but 4 in 10 do not have an opinion on the matter. The vast majority of those with an opinion hold it strongly.

Of those with strong opinions (the majority) the disapproval outnumbers the approval literally 2 to 1! (16% strong approval to 32% strong disapproval.)
The moderately approve or disapprove is basically tied at ~4%.

When the Muslims took over Palestine they built a mosque on the very site where the Jewish temple had been torn down. Building a mosque on Ground Zero is like a dog marking his territory. Islam thinks it was victorious on 9/11 and to the victor go the spoils.
I saw Geraldine Ferraro (sp?) on Fox & Friends this a.m. talking about this and she didn’t look well. I haven’t seen her on tv in several months. I Googled and found she had cancer about ten years ago . . . I’m guessing it must be back. Poor Geraldine.
They already believe their is a ruling class. They are acting within their own perception of their identity. It is our duty as american citizens to rectify that perception....

The thing that blows my mind about this is the democrats are in a trance because Obama says it’s ok and communist Bloomberg; than it IS IN THEIR MINDS they are not putting country first they are putting we won in Fla. and are still recounting votes of politics in.

I honestly don’t recall a time when an administration was so utterly tone deaf politically. And I include Jimmy Carter in that.
If “Freedom of Religion” is so important to those supporting the death mosque, why don’t Christians, Jews and other non-muslims all chip in and and try a capitalist idea to thwart it:
Buy the property out from under the mosque in order to build a multi-faith “cultural center” devoted to unity and not division.
Pay more than the muslims are willing to pay. No “Freedom of Religion” arguments can be made against the plan.
He is focusing as hard as he ever will.
