Of those with strong opinions (the majority) the disapproval outnumbers the approval literally 2 to 1! (16% strong approval to 32% strong disapproval.)
The moderately approve or disapprove is basically tied at ~4%.
If Bush was president, this would be reported as “84% of country disagrees with Bush”.
