Googled "Fish Kill" and used advanced search to limit to last 30 days. Below are a few of the reports but there are literally thousands all across the country.

It’s probably because the seabed under the entire Gulf of Mexico is collapsing as a result of the BP leak. I read it here last week. The whole thing’s gonna collapse into the center of the earth. It’s a big ****in’ deal, as our Vice President would say.

Fairhaven, Mass - Menhaden: Low Oxygen Level Trigger Fish Kill Low oxygen caused by the menhaden themselves as they are chased into shallow waters by predators. They are prolific breeders. First die-off was reported by a Dutchman off Staten Island in the 1600s. The Indian word for menhaden meant "fertilizer".
