I agree. The GOP had better govern as conservatives if they sweep because if they don’t the people will remember. This is an opportunity not to go back to big spending. This is an opportunity for the GOP to take on the mantle of responsibility and actually make itself a party that people want to be a part of and I’m not talking about the big tent gay and abortion remedy that stupid rhinos propose. I’m talking about really cutting the government for a change.

” Nope. The Generic Congressional Ballot was a dead heat, just before the ‘94 mid-term elections. Someone just posted the Gallup graph from that time period on another thread.

In fact, the Democrats were AHEAD in mid-August of that year, which should tell all of us a lot about what’s about to happen to them. “

The economy wasn’t so bad in 1994, all the Dems did was try to socialize medicine and take away some guns.

... NOW ... the Dems wanted to socialize medicine, bankrupt the country, destroyed 7 million jobs, insult Christian America, sue state for daring to enforce common sense immigration law, etc. etc.

They deserve to be blown away.

Every gains a good one! We’ve got to keep Barry’s blunders out in the open, not let them die down.

On Special Report today they said the Mosque business won’t die down unless they decide not to build there - and they won’t make that decision.

[I hope they realize it’s not because of anything they’ve done......]

How true that is!

We need to "Franken" every close election.

Al Franken's lawyers certainly cheated during the recount in Minnesota, and the Dem SOS and his panel in charge of the recount engaged in cheating and fraud on Franken's behalf. Remember that Coleman won on election night by 600+ votes when votes were counted by optical scanning. But the recount process was done not by optical scanning but by visual inspection of the raw paper ballots for signs of "voter intent." So ballots that didn't count for any candidate in the original optical scanning were now said by the recount panel to be Franken ballots, enough such ballots to seat Franken in the Senate. Plus, new ballots that were allegedly not originally counted mysteriously turned up. Remember also that Dems in the Senate put pressure on the recounters in Minnesota to declare Franken the winner.

I don't expect the GOP to cheat like Franken and his lackeys did, but rather have some more mechanisms in place to limit the 'Rats in their cheating and fraud in all stages of the process. The anti-fraud program must be carefully planned before the election. One aspect would be quality legal representation for Republican candidates' campaigns.

Ask for volunteers from retired law enforcement and retired military to be at every polling station with video cameras recording any and all shreds of voter fraud and/or intimidation. Video tape the perpetrators and call the police.

Expose, investigate, and prosecute.

We did’nt police the Franken re-count the way we did the Gore recount in 2000. Predictably, we lost.

We need to make the Dems pay harder to steal an election than we did in that one.

Chain of custody is key in the so-called recounts. And if that doesn’t prove to be enough, [’Civ self-censors as usual]

Thanks justiceseeker93.

Very good point, and yes, they do deserve to be blown away.

The current crop of Democrats bear almost no resemblance to the Democrats of 15 years ago (although some of them have been around since then). Clinton's Democrats were liberals, but this current crew are abject leftist traitors.

The terrible Democrat polling numbers should restore the faith of every disillusioned American. Those numbers are a testament to the fact that the people of this country REJECT the Socialist Utopia of the hard left, and want a return to our American basics.

yeah, I think Hussein and his pukes will have "walking around money" flowing big time this year.

Did you see the video of Democrat from Illinois Melissa Bean and her "thug"? Some big guy walking over to try and intimidate people who confront her with uncomfortable questions. Sickening.

It’s almost as if Obama is doing everything in his power to throw the election to Republicans. You have to ask yourself, is he this stupid or is he setting Republicans up for failure. Assuming republicans do take back the Congress, Obama will use his veto pen to stop anything Republicans send to his desk knowing his veto’s will stand.

The voting public is mad as Hell and if they give Republicans control, they WILL expect results. Obama has wrecked this economy so badly that it will take more than 2 years to recover.

I want republicans to win and WIN BIG! I want Republicans to FORCE Obama to play ball! I want Republicans TO GOVERN and restore our nation to greatness.

We CANNOT and MUST NOT FAIL! The price of our failure is a second term for Obama.

I think this administration knows what’s coming and will let the election go to leave the mess in the hands of the Republicans...then come back in...after the following election and come out smelling like a rose.... take the glory for the recovery.

The voting public is mad as Hell

Everyday it gets worse. See the fundraiser he did yesterday for Patty Murray? Usual mega-rich. He scooped up $1.3 million. Here is the menu:

Green bean, cucumber, tomato salad, cougar gold and basil; Rub with Love Wild Salmon, shitake relish, cornbread pudding; Tom's World Famous Triple Coconut Cream Pie.

It gets worse here

Never in my life have I had a problem with envy. And I don't now. But when I see these people pigging out and throwing money at Obama...I get sick....
