National Review ^ | 08/16/2010 | Robert Costa

By Robert Costa Good news for Sharron Angle:

According to a new Mason-Dixon poll conducted for the Las Vegas-Review Journal, Reid leads Republican Sharron Angle by a statistically insignificant 2 points, 46-44 percent, while only 5 percent of Nevada voters report they are undecided. Two percent, meanwhile, said they wanted another candidate with an additional 3 percent indicating “none of the above.”

The socialist RATs will do anything to corrupt the voting process if the race remains close at election time. Don’t be surprised if the judicial system is dragged into the process and there are multiple recounts.

Yep. I always get the Socialist play of the week ‘tell’ by watching the lead on ‘Morning Joe’. This week will be ...’The Republicans are going to cancel your social security’ scam. It will be all over the MSM socialist propaganda outlets.

He’ll never get above 50%.

He knows the enthusiasm gap between his and her voters is so large he can't afford to have the race this close.

When she takes the lead he’s finished. Right now he’s banking on the kook card, when that dries up he’s got nothing but his record.

Pray for America

They can only get about 3% with their voting fraud. Angle needs to win by about 5%.

This is absolutely correct, and Reid knows it.
His reelection strategy is based on poisoning the well enough to drive up the "None of the Above" vote they have in Nevada, and squeaking by with a slim plurality.

it’s the none of the above vote that is heartening. At 3 that’s too small to hurt.

Wait till people find out he was taking bribes, hookers and prostitutes from Joe Conforte at the Mustang Ranch brothel. This links to mob ties.

Nice, you need to get the word out and I understand the self published dilemma. Has Angle bought one?

with a 2% congressional approval rating he has 46% of the vote?

Who did they poll- his campaign staff? (I doubt he is that high even among them)

don’t believe the McLame numbers in Arizona either- I just came from 6 months in Tucson for work- i could not find anyone there who supported him. That is why he is spending all that money now - for a PRIMARY

Unfortunately I have greater “faith” in the democrats to steal this election from the people of Nevada and re-elect Reid, than I have in the ability of the people of Nevada to turn out enough people to vote for Angle to overcome the Dems corrupt practices.

AGAIN, the MD poll paid for and designed by the LVR has always been an OUTLIER POLL . The LVR must have some odd criteria for the poll since the last one had 25-28 % of GOP voters going for Reid which is pure garbage.
Has anyone actually looked at the poll internals here rather than BUYING into this poll hook, line , ands sinker ?

Also remember that this poll is probably from the greater Las Vegas area, which would skew it toward Reid due to the union crooks and the freeloaders. The rest of the State is really red.
I would say that, given these results, Angle is probably around 53% statewide and Reid is around 41% with about 6% undecided.

Looks like Reid was right when he determined that Angle would be easier to beat and worked to help her against her opponent.

Truly, this was a race which should have been a walk off win.

It is amazing how badly conservatives operate in the political arena.

The GOP, including moderates, need to get behind her 100%. Conservatives supported Scott Brown, despite his squishiness...now it’s moderates’ turn to return the favor by supporting Angle.
