The odds of an Israeli military strike against Iran's nuclear facilities within the next year have risen to above 50 percent, according to a report in a leading U.S. magazine.

Russia has announced that they will be fueling the Iranian nuclear reactor on August 21 of this month. If the bombing does not occur within the next 8 days, the Israelis cannot do so without risking a massive nuclear spill.
