good to know that I’m not alone.

Also how the hell can this homosexual judge have taken the case in the first place and how the hell can he have given that decision?

This is an outrage and surely there must be a way to stop this lunacy right now.

Shouldn't this judge recuse himself? As far as I'm concerned, homosexual “marriage” is a conflict of terms.
homosexuals that refuse therapy and counseling just “hook
up”. This is totally contrary to the 2,000 year old spiritual concept of marriage between a man and a woman.

I think we're getting close to being past the awkward stage. Either that, or we just should get rid of every machinery of government and just be ruled by a few judges. That's what's happening anyway, why pay all these other people and go through the charade of voting?

And my use of the word “homosexual” is already a huge compromise on my part.

He should do more than just “recuse” himself...

Just sayin’....

The citizens of California voted not once, but TWICE to define marriage as an act between a man and a woman.

The amendment to the California constitution was upheld by the California Supreme Court.

And one federal judge (a gay man) makes a mockery of the entire process.

I always use the word word homosexual and not gay.

I heard a Rush's caller about that word game.

Let's face it; the Constitution is unconstitutional.

That’s it in a nutshell. I just posted this on another thread that is crawling with pro-homosexual agenda sickos:

The homosexual agenda is all about restricting, reducing and ultimately eliminating our freedom of speech, association and religion.

It has nothing to do with “tolerance”, it is about their dominating the rest of us.

This is not my viewpoint, it is clear from what they have stated and what has happened in places like Massachusetts - as soon as the judges (acutally one judge) say people of the same sex could marry each other, the head of the education dept in Mass. immediately ordered all schools to teach that homosexual “marriage” and “family” is just as good as normal marriage and family. Mass has one of the worst pro-homosexual school agendas in the country, and it is directly related to their same sex marriage by judicial fiat.

The agenda pushers want homosexuals in the military, hate speech, hate crimes, homosexuals in the Boy Scouts and on and on. This is about them dominating everyone else.

It is about the destruction of the freedoms delineated in the Bill of Rights.

In addition, he will purposely sow more chaos in our fragile society. The CA State Fudges created a similar window between the time they tossed the first citizen initiative and the follow on constitutional amendment.

Fag marriage was illegal, became legal, is now illegal and will soon be legal again.

Public bathroom stall philosophers like Walker wonder why we hold clowns like him in such contempt.

When we take back the House, it will be imperative for conservative members to stay on the attack. If they sit back and kinda, sorta oppose some of Hussein's agenda, the Journolists, unions, and related psychophants will tear them apart.

A great place to start will be the impeachment of Walker. Force the dirtbag to defend himself in the full court of public opinion. It doesn't matter that the Senate will do nothing. That in itself will be telling to the American people. We must embarrass the worst of the worst of the Obama team. Make them defend what they have done to our country.

conservative members to stay on the attack

Let's face it they worry about themselves and future votes. They wish it to go away..dodge the issue when and where ever they can.

I know of long time a gay partnership who are against gay marriage as are their friends. They live their busy successful lives of work, family and friends, fiscal conservatives, vote Republican and are disgusted at those few that seek ongoing attention as it reflects on how people still in 2010 judge them.

It is the same with the legal Hispanic AMERICAN CITIZENS living in and serving our country, they are against illegal immigration, they also vote Republican.

Meanwhile their elected officials only see a stereotype of both groups..and shrink away--cowards.

walken ended any need to have a pretense of respecting judges.

Judges are a joke and only worthy of contempt. What are they going to do? put 300 million people in jail for contemp?

"And the winner was Ted Olson."
