Yeah I got a busy one too.
Need to go give my Uncle Toms their morning whipping and crust of moldy bread, so I can get enough work out of them during their 36 hour shift. Also need to visit my hubby's new litter of brats spawned by our new house maid.
Then off to poise for my new gallery of statues all devoted to me.
Busy day

Me too.
I just don't how I will manage the accounts for this farm, plus see that the household has enough food in the pantry and that it is prepard to feed some 100 plus mouths. Then all that spinning and sewing to see they are clothed. We have a number sick that I will need to help nurse, plus two new babies and one on the way.
It's been esp hard since my the birth of my 8th child, and now carrying another, due next month.
I am just so pampered.

Come on don’t be so skeptical. You can always get the truth from these clowns, just stand what they say on its head.

A brave man, that John Wilkes Booth. I bet he had the knife in case he had to protect himself from Mrs.lincoln.

If you’d stop laying around eating bon bons and reading romance novels, you’d have more time.

Charelton Heston. Who went to the same high school as I did and who, according to school legend, was suspended for riding a motorcycle through the halls and into the swimming pool. This is generally considered his first attempt at parting a large body of water.
To: jessduntno
Is that original and do you own it?
All I have is a near-mint US cavalry bit with high port and copper cricket.
[it was bricked up in the wall of a relative’s antebellum house. legend has it the ‘former owner’ is somewhere on the property, too]

God no, wish I did ... JEB Stuart’s hat ... museum in Richmond.

That’s gotta be hard to come by near mint ... wasn’t all cracked and torn up?

Then what went wrong with *you*? Nothing. If memory serves Charlton Heston was a Yankee, too. He played mostly Yankee officers in movies.
